ELIGIBILITY

Further, you may only use the Services if you live (or if the company is located) in a country and political division (e.g., state or province) that permits the use of the Services. If you do not so qualify, do not attempt to use the Services. This Terms of Service will be void and without effect, and you will not be eligible to use any Services, if you do not satisfy these age and jurisdiction requirements.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com may change, suspend or discontinue the Services for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature. FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com may also impose limits on the Services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. You understand and agree that the Services are provided “AS-IS” and that FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Services, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Services.

FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com does not sell documents. Empty documents are free, and many documents can be filed free of charge if you do so yourself. We sell a customized web based document preparation and/or filing service. All of our services include courteous and knowledgeable support, which is available via email and phone.

We are a private entity and we are not affiliated with any government agency. We specialize in the preparation and/or filing of certain government and/or tax related documents, but we are not the government. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the Internal Revenue Service, US Department of the Treasury, Social Security Administration, or any other government agency. We work only on the behalf of you to improve your filing experience by preparing and/or filing the documents that you request on your behalf. Alternatively, you can obtain, prepare, and file your own documents instead of using our services; you can visit one of many different government websites such as irs.gov and ssa.gov.

We are not lawyers and we do not provide tax advice or any other legal and/ or professional advice of any kind. We do provide general information to our clients and to the public about our services and the various documents that we offer to prepare and/or file. It is your responsibility to determine the specific documents applicable to your situation. For financial, legal or other advice, you should contact the appropriate respective and licensed professionals. If you opt not to do so, you will be acting as your own financial advisor, attorney or other such professional and you agree not to rely upon or depend on any information contained in this Site or otherwise provided by FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com instead of or in place of any such advice.

We will only prepare and/or file the documents that you request. We do not prepare any documents that you do not specifically request or that are not offered with our services. We do not review the information you provide for accuracy. We will only use the information that you provide to fulfill your order through our service. Once your order is fulfilled we will not provide any ongoing service and our third party designee status ends immediately. You understand that any additional filing that may be applicable to your situation such as for updates, licensing, renewals or taxation is your responsibility. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

REFUND POLICY

FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com will provide a full refund if you request the cancellation of your order prior to our agents submitting your documents for processing with the appropriate agency. Once your order is submitted for processing, no refunds will be issued. To request a refund send us an email. If you are granted a refund your credit card will be credited within 3 business days of the date in which the refund was requested. We understand that things can occur to cause exceptions to the above policy. We can also honor refunds due to the following reasons. Your e-mail service provider may fail to deliver our product. If this happens, please contact us for assistance. There may be a problem with downloading or unzipping our product. If this happens, please contact us. If we are not contacted within 3 days from the date of purchase, we will decline the refund request.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

TERMINATION

FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com also reserves the right to terminate your account for any or no reason upon one day notice to you.

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com’s proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability and miscellaneous provisions shall survive any such termination.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, as if made within Texas between two residents thereof, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas.

DISPUTES

Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, (but without limiting, and you hereby acknowledge and agree to, FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com’s right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction), any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service (including the enforceability of this arbitration provision) shall be referred to and administered by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, Inc. (“JAMS”) Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator shall be affiliated with JAMS and selected by joint agreement of the parties. In the event the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within thirty (30) days of the initiating party providing the other party with written notice that it plans to seek arbitration, the parties shall each select an arbitrator affiliated with JAMS, which arbitrators shall jointly select a third such arbitrator to resolve the dispute. The written decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitration proceeding shall be carried on and heard in Texas using the English language and pursuant to the rules of (and administered by) JAMS. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under the Terms of Service, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and attorneys’ fees.

MISCELLANEOUS

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the Terms of Service and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind FEDERAL-TAXID-NUMBER.com in any respect whatsoever. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
